You can make a purchase directly through our online store, however, should you need any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us and we would be glad to assist you on your purchase, answer any questions you might have and arrange the shipment of your items.

OUR SHIPPING NETWORK
At the present moment, all online orders are shipped straight from our warehouse in Bali.

STANDARD SHIPPING
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders, your items will be shipped using EMS Mail (In cooperation with USPS) insured, and you will be provided with a tracking number.

FEDEX
FedEx shipping is also available at extra cost.

Shipment to Asia Pacific & Middle East takes approximately 3-7 Business Days.*

UK & IRELAND
United Kingdom & Ireland 7-9 Business Days.*

CUSTOMS STATEMENT
Buyers are responsible for paying any additional customs duty/fees. Shipping to certain countries, there might be additional customs fees due upon arrival of your item. We are not responsible for this, please verify with your local Customs Agency to make sure you know what to expect to pay when the item is brought into your country.

 

RETURNS
We love to see you satisfied with your purchase, therefore we highly recommend that you contact us first before making a purchase should you have any questions about sizing, materials, etc. We would be glad to help you. However, all sales on our store is final. We do not offer any returns or exchanges or store credits unless you contact us to submit a claim first, and your basis for return are for reasons not more than these specific conditions:

 

  • Item has been delivered broken or damaged*
  • Incorrect sizing*

 

*To claim a return, item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, in original condition, complete with original packaging, papers, booklets, along with the original invoice. Buyers are responsible for return shipment fees unless discussed prior with Management.
